Chocolate mousse

As a huge chocolate lover I want to share this kick-ass recipe of the best chocolate mousse I’ve ever tasted.

You need:

2 cans of full fat coconut cream

About 2 tablespoons sugar (or something else sweet you have)

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

A pinch of salt

As much dairy-free dark chocolate as you like

Toppings: fruits, berries, coconut flakes, dark chocolate or something else, be creative!

 

Instructions:

Leave the cans of coconut cream in the refrigerator overnight and then carefully open them and scoop out the thick cream into a big bowl. Don’t throw away the rest of the coconut cream, use it in smoothies or in your dinner 🙂

Add the sugar (or whatever else sweet you use) and beat on high using a hand mixer until it’s smooth and thick. Add the salt and the cocoa powder through a strainer and beat until well combined and thick. If you want you can add some of the shaved dark chocolate into the cream, otherwise use it as topping.

Decorate with some good-tasting colours and most importantly – enjoy!
